Meet the Team
Dr. Suparna Dasgupta
Dr Suparna Dasgupta is the Co-founder of Oak and Acorn, operating in Australia. She is the head of business strategy and operations, as well as guiding the vision and direction of the firm, building leadership teams and developing strategies for employee hiring and engagement.
She has over 23 years’ of global experience in multinational and diverse private and public industries. With a focus on delivering solutions and building relationships within large global organisations, she has an exceptional understanding of the challenges faced by businesses and brings great industry experience to the table.
Amit Dasgupta
Amit Kumar Dasgupta is the Co-founder responsible for the firm’s business strategy, sales and go-to-market services, as well as technologies and infrastructure. He also controls the Software Development Life Cycle compliance and adherence to security principles while providing software and systems architectural guidance.
He has over 28 years’ consulting and technology industry experience, with a focus on enterprise architecture, infrastructure and information security. His previous experience includes working at the Indian Departments of Defence, Road and Transport, Telecommunications and Municipalities.
Ravi Ramachandran
Ravi Ramachandran is responsible for the Learning and Development arm of Oak and Acorn which focuses on training, coaching, change management and overall skills development within Operational Excellence and Robotic Process Automation.
He has over 15 years of experience leading Cultural Transformation programs and setting up Centres of Excellence across Banking, Insurance and Telecommunications in Australia. As a skilled facilitator and public speaker, his strength lies in his ability to simplify and humanise complex concepts to appeal to a broader audience, whilst delivering tangible business outcomes.
