This online course was conducted along with our Training Partner – Mindzarella. In this course, participants learnt the fundamentals of Intelligent Automation, particularly, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and how to deploy the technology to support any organization strategy. The lessons within this course were applicable to multiple industries and dynamic markets.

The workshop covered useful material and practical to my needs.

In my opinion, the overall workshop is very good in terms of content and speakers. But what comes to my mind is when there is anything there can be improved the way of the explaining can be slightly different which mean the speaker can try to emphasise each point instead of explaining it all the way which I think might be helpful to understand can catch the important point for those who are still new to the RPA.

Speakers well interact with the participants even during break time.

The speakers can respond well to the questions - very knowledgeable and experience.
